As you can see from the figures above, you can get away with drinking up to 5 cups of coffee per day. That said, if you have an existing health condition that you need to adjust your caffeine intake.

Take Note: Teens between the ages of 12 – 18 years old should limit their intake to 100mg per day. Also, take other beverages like tea and soda into consideration as they also contain caffeine.
